Softaculous with dedicated servers.

I am a web hoster and offer shared and reseller hosting.
We have been using Fantastico for 2 years.
But now Softaculous is being demanded by our users.
Should we offer it ?
Has anyone used Softaculous ?

I'm not very familiar with either product except in knowing what they do. However, when our customers demand new technology we do our best to provide it. Since we are a Windows host though we use the web platform installer and the integration with web site panel.
