Problems with Proteus

Postby ghMike » Thu Jul 15, 2010 9:20 am

We are currently experience some intermittent problems with Proteus causing brief periods of down time. Our sys admin team is currently working on a resolution and conducting diagnoses. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the issue, we do not have an ETA as to when this will be resolved. We will post more information as it becomes available to this forum thread. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this is causing our shared customers who use Proteus.

The issues with Proteus continue and we are still working to resolve them. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing our customers and we are working as quickly as we can to resolve this. The down time is still very intermittent and normally in brief periods of a few minutes or less.

Proteus has stabilized however if we see any further issues with this server we will migrate customers. However if you would like to migrate your account to another server now please open a support ticket and we would be happy to do the migration for you.
